Yes, at any point. Every conversation sits in one inbox in the app, and you can step in whenever you like.
Does it send marketing messages?
No. It only replies to people who contacted you, about their own enquiry or booking.
How long does WhatsApp take to set up?
WhatsApp needs Meta to approve your business, which can take a few days. Meta may also charge for some message types.
