Privacy notice

Last updated 6 November 2026.
Who we are
EMBR Consulting Ltd (EMBR, we) is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. We're registered in England and Wales, company number 16324054, with our registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
For anything about your data, email amran@embrsolutions.com.
What this notice covers
It covers people who visit embrsolutions.com, book a demo, talk to our website assistant, ring our demo line, email us, or work for one of our clients or suppliers.
If you called or messaged one of our clients, and their AI receptionist or assistant answered, that business is responsible for your data and we handle it for them. Their privacy notice explains how they use it, so please contact them first.
Partners in our partner programme get their own notice when they join.

Our phone line, demo line and website assistant are answered by AI. Phone calls are recorded. Calls with the website assistant aren't recorded, but we keep a transcript and summary. The AI doesn't make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
We only send marketing if you've agreed to it, and every message has an easy way to opt out. Ticking the box to hear from us is always optional.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run our business. Each handles your data on our instructions, under a contract that protects it.
- LeadConnector, USA: our customer records, booking calendar and phone system, and the AI behind our website assistant and demo line.
- Cloudflare: hosting and protecting this website.
- Microsoft: our email.
- Google: Google Meet video calls and calendar invitations for demos.
- Stripe: payments from clients.
- Our accountant, for our accounts and tax returns.
We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with HMRC. We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers, including LeadConnector, store or access data in the USA. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, such as the UK-US data bridge for certified companies or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo bookings, including call recordings, transcripts and summaries: up to 12 months after we were last in touch, if you don't become a client.
- Client records: up to 6 years after the end of our relationship, because accounting and tax law requires it.
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out. After that, we keep just enough to make sure we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of your data
- have it corrected or deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to marketing at any time
- have it sent to you or another organisation in a common format
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it
Email amran@embrsolutions.com to use any of these rights. We'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
