About these terms

These terms cover your use of embrsolutions.com and explain the main points of how we sell our services. EMBR Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16324054. Registered office: 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

Our services are only for businesses. When you order one, you'll get a written agreement setting out the service, the price and the full client terms, including how we handle your customers' data for you. That agreement takes priority over this page.

Prices

• Prices are in pounds sterling. EMBR isn't VAT-registered at the moment, so there's no VAT to add. If we register, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice before adding VAT at the current rate, the same as any other price change.
• The price in your order is the one you pay. We'll give you at least 60 days' notice of any price change.
• The AI Receptionist and AI Front Desk include 500 minutes of calls a month. If you go over two months running, we'll agree a bigger plan with you before charging any more.
• For the AI Growth Engine, you pay your advertising spend directly to Meta from your own ad account. We never hold or pay it.

Paying

• There's no setup fee. You pay nothing until your service goes live.
• The monthly fee is paid in advance, through Stripe, starting on the day your service goes live.
• If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the service until it's paid. We'll tell you first.

Cancelling and refunds

• There's no minimum term. You can cancel by email at any time, and the service ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
• We don't refund part-months.
• We can end a service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if a payment is more than 30 days late or the service is being used unlawfully.

About our AI services

• Our AI only uses the information you've approved.
• Like any person or system, it can sometimes mishear or make a mistake. Tell us, and we'll fix what we can promptly.
• It isn't an emergency service and doesn't give advice. It directs callers to emergency services where your rules say so.
• We don't promise any number of calls, bookings, reviews, leads or sales.

Using this website

• We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. The information on it is general, so please check anything important with us.
• The examples on this site use sample businesses, such as Halden & Co., Larkbrook Garage and Wrenfield Physio. They show how the services work, and aren't real customers or results.
• Links to other sites are for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.
• The content, design and logos on this site belong to EMBR. Please don't copy them without our permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Our liability for the services is set out in your client agreement.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute.
