Is there a contract?
No. Every service is rolling monthly. Cancel by email at any time, and the service ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Building and testing your service is part of the monthly price: your knowledge base, greeting, call rules, calendar, number and test calls.
When does the monthly fee start?
On the day your service goes live. It's billed monthly in advance.
Is VAT added?
No. There's no VAT to add, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What if I need more call minutes?
The AI Receptionist and AI Front Desk include 500 minutes a month, which is about 200 calls if they average 2½ minutes. If you go over two months running, we'll agree a bigger plan with you before charging any more.
Are there any other costs?
Your phone company may charge for diverting calls. For the Growth Engine, you pay your ad spend directly to Meta. WhatsApp can carry small charges from Meta for some message types.
