Does it work with Cliniko or my booking system?
It books into Google or Outlook calendars. Other booking systems, such as Cliniko, are quoted separately, so tell us which one you use.
What happens to health details?
Text summaries leave them out. The recording and transcript stay in your own account, and we handle them only to run your service, under written data protection terms.
Will it give medical advice?
No, never. It books appointments, answers the questions you've approved, and directs anyone describing an emergency to 999 or NHS 111, under your rules.
Can patients move or cancel appointments?
